Plans have been announced for the One Dojima project in Osaka, Japan, which will include a brand new Four Seasons hotel.

The One Dojima Project, construction of which began on August 1, 2020, is a large-scale redevelopment project in the Kinki region of Osaka. The building will be approx. 195 meters high (49 floors) with a total usable area of ​​approx. 85,000 square meters, making it one of the largest in Osaka City. The high-rise tower will include residences by Brillia, a conference hall that serves as the base for tourism and business, and the upcoming Four Seasons Hotel Osaka. The project will contribute to the development of Osaka by creating a new landmark for the city.

The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is designed by award-winning interior designer Gwenael Nicolas from Curiosity, Shinichiro Ogata from SIMPLICITY and Yasuhiro Koichi from Design Studio Spin. Nikken Sekkei, one of the leading architecture firms in Japan, was commissioned to design the entire building. Otani, the master architect at Nikken Sekkei, has created a graceful design that is reminiscent of a sail. Takenaka Corporation, which was previously headquartered in the area, was selected to build the building.
