eLearning Supervisor Job at Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS)
This position assumes responsibility for the performance of the educational products in his / her area of ​​responsibility, with an emphasis on meeting customer satisfaction and financial expectations in line with RAPS ‘approved budget. This responsibility includes working closely with the VP, Education and Professional Development to create and execute strategic plans that are tied to the overall strategic and operational plans of RAPS.
This position also takes on a role in the day-to-day operation of RAPS ‘self-directed online educational products and is primarily responsible for the timely development and delivery of courses and the management of professional expert relationships. The Manager, eLearning periodically measures appropriate participation and financial level to assess the success of various initiatives and conducts periodic reviews of activities to adjust efforts to achieve the objectives outlined in RAPS ‘strategic plans.
This position will also oversee a team of eLearning specialists as direct reports and manage the productivity and performance of the collective group, including adhering to production schedules, continuously improving online content quality and providing quality customer service. The position also provides coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of his / her reports. The manager, eLearning, will also serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, particularly brand management and business development, in all operational matters related to the Online University.
