Advantexe Launches Enterprise Simulation – eLearning Trade

Conshohocken, PA – Advantexe Learning Solutions, a leading global provider of business simulation-centric training solutions, and Silicon Valley Executive Education (SVEE), a provider of executive education solutions, today announced a partnership to provide a new business simulation learning experience, that focuses on understanding the dynamics of software focused as a service (SaaS) -based company.

The simulation was developed in response to the rapid changes in today’s business ecosystem and the growing need for managers and executives in all industries to better understand how SaaS-based companies work and make money. Using this simulation as part of a business savvy learning journey builds strategic thinking, financial management, and leadership skills across the organization. After completing the simulation, the learners will be able to:

  • Understand how operational decisions increase business performance
  • Leverage a company’s financial health and key business metrics to improve decision-making
  • Realize the importance of retaining top talent to ensure the company can achieve its vision

Much like a flight simulator enables pilots to sharpen their instincts and improve their flying skills, SaaS simulation gives professionals the opportunity to build their business acumen by “flying a business” in a risk-free learning environment. In the simulation, the learners manage the day-to-day operations of a troubled SaaS company. The simulation experience allows learners to experiment with different strategies, interact with different characters, and visually see how operational decision-making directly affects the financial performance of the simulated company.

The SaaS business simulation can be carried out individually or in small teams and can be carried out virtually or during a personal learning event. The simulation is ready-to-use and has been developed to allow adaptation to a customer’s unique environment and situation. The typical simulation game time is 8 hours.

“We are very proud to work with the SVEE Group to offer organizations a new and innovative learning solution,” said Robert Brodo, CEO of Advantexe. “SVEE is a leader in this area and has an excellent reputation among its customers. We look forward to working with your team to help learners develop the skills necessary to thrive in today’s complex and changing SaaS market. “

“The leadership philosophy is constantly changing, but there’s one constant: when you invest in developing your people, you always win,” said Robert David, SVEE Faculty Director. “We are very excited to be working with the Advantexe team and look forward to bringing their enterprise simulation platform to a new audience.”
