The ideal candidate will have a hands-on understanding of adult education best practices as well as hands-on experience designing and delivering high quality, hands-on learning / training programs in a variety of modalities (online, on-site, live, at your own pace). If you know how to create high quality learning programs, deliver engaging online and face-to-face learning experiences, tell stories that educate and inspire, and come up with creative ideas and approaches to learning to meet specific performance goals, we want to hear from you!

Solar Energy International’s mission is to provide industry-leading technical training and expertise in renewable energy to empower people, communities and businesses around the world. SEI has been offering training courses for all specialists in the solar industry since 1991. whether a person is new to the industry or wants to expand their skills – from grid-connected to battery-based to operation and maintenance work, from residential buildings to utilities to microgrids. The curriculum and teaching department is responsible for ensuring that our online, in-person, hands-on, and contract training courses are industry-leading and meet SEI standards in the appropriate language.
