Southwest Airlines today announced new flights to Hawaii, starting June 2021, for Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Phoenix.

In addition to the established Hawaii service at five other California airports, these three additional gateways with non-stop service to multiple airports in the Hawaiian Islands this summer will offer Southwest customers in more than 40 cities on the mainland cheap connections or access on the same plane to Hawaii.

Customers can book flights for travel on some routes as early as June 6, 2021. For some markets in California, customers will be able to travel starting June 8, 2021.

“We’re building on an era of affordability that Southwest launched for Hawaii air travel. These new flights bring Hawaii service closer to more of our customers who live near airports to the west and allow them to choose the southwest to fly between Aloha state and cities to the east all the way to Nashville, without spending a whole night in the air. “Said Andrew Watterson, chief commercial officer and executive vice president of Southwest Airlines.

“We believe Southwest Hawaii is offering an economy product where customers can find comfortable, legroom seating for everyone, free onboard entertainment for everyone, flexible policies for everyone, and our award-winning warmth of hospitality that works seamlessly with the Aloha Spirit inserts. ”

All services in southwest Hawaii operate on 737-800 and MAX aircraft.
