At Sandals, guests are encouraged to dream big and plan their future vacation with full confidence and reduced commitment. Sandals Book With Confidence policy allows guests to receive a 100% cash refund if canceled up to 31 days or more prior to departure.
In addition, for a limited time, Sandals guests have the flexibility to cancel their trip up to the day of departure and receive a refund of the land cancellation fee in Unique Vacations’ travel certificates.
What is the Unique Vacations Cancellation Protection Benefit?
Inland portion cancellation protection benefits are 100% refundable if the cancellation lasts at least 31 days or more or is canceled by the day of departure and a travel certificate for a future trip is available for new bookings now made on August 31st 2021. This benefit is provided by Unique Vacations and is not an insurance benefit.
Guests who book now through August 31, 2021 have the added benefit of being able to cancel for any reason other than the blackout dates described below. No minimum length of stay is required.
Resorts & room categories
This is easy to describe as it applies to all Sandals & Beaches resorts. As for room categories, most are also covered, with the exception of the over-the-water bungalows and over-the-water villas at Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Grande St. Lucian.
