The Code is the world’s first and only voluntary set of business principles that companies can implement to prevent sexual exploitation and child trafficking. The Code will assist EIC, a global association in support of the business events industry, by working and engaging with stakeholders in preventing child sexual exploitation; Establish policies and procedures; Train employees; include a clause in contracts; and inform travelers how suspicious cases can be prevented and reported.
