Imagine being a new hire with all the excitement that builds up by your first day. Even if you join a team as a remote worker, you are still excited about this new job.

But then it’s time to start and your laptop hasn’t arrived, you don’t know if your payroll has been set up, your health benefits are not working, your zoom link was not working, and you cannot reach out to your manager or (the absolute Worst case scenario for the HR department) to all of the above.

Planning with your new employee’s manager

Working with your new team member’s line manager is of paramount importance to ensure that both of you understand everything it takes to successfully onboard a new hire.
