Dunchurch Park Lodge shuts down in a single day: No telephones, no web site

  1. The hotel’s telephone lines were shut down overnight, so there was no way to communicate with the hotel, either as a guest or through the media.
  2. The hotel website has been deactivated – it’s just gone; there is no final message or explanation for guests or the public.
  3. The hotel has not yet issued a statement explaining this quick shutdown or what caused it.

All the Dunchurch Park Hotel has confirmed is that it is still operational and has not been under administration or administration.

A spokesman took to social media earlier this week and said, “Effective immediately, the Dunchurch Park Hotel will no longer be open to the public and will not be able to host weddings or events. However, we are on standby during this time and can make it clear that we are not in bankruptcy administration or administration.

“In the meantime, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes. any concerns or questions about the effects of our closure should be emailed at. be sent [email protected] where a member of our team will be happy to get back to you. “

The same message is posted on Facebook in the Dunchurch Park Hotel account. It appears to have been posted at 2:05 am. Under the written declaration, the hotel has categorized its contribution: “Dunchurch Park Hotel limited who can comment on this post”, which one can only think, one does not actually want to answer anyone.

There is a request from a desperate wedding guest booker on the English hotel’s Facebook page:

“Hello ????? Why is someone not telling us the wedding bookers ???? Cmon dunchurch. Get up and tell us what’s going on.”

The rumor of the immediate closure was when one person replied, “I was told they took in a lot of refugees with a government grant, it came through an employee. You have a 12-month agreement with the government for the refugees. “

The hotel’s statement that questions should be emailed so that a member of its team would “be happy to get you back” is incorrect. A Facebook user asked if anyone had received a response to phone messages or emails and wrote, “Tried to call and email again today – still nothing – was anyone lucky enough to go to the hotel?”

Each answer confirmed no answer with an answer: “No luck with us. We sent an email, called every possible line and tried our coordinator, but no replies or updates. … I hope for an update next week, hopefully. When it comes to a wedding I would contact some of the Dunchurch suppliers as I got more information and assistance from them than I have the venue or the hotel staff! ”

Your secret goes on.
