Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Resort names new Normal Supervisor

Khan has led his staff teams through very successful operations as well as opening hotels in China

The Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel announced that Mr. Khan Sung has been appointed as the hotel’s new General Manager effective February 24, 2021.

Mr. Khan Sung, a seasoned hotelier who moved to Marriott International headquarters in 2002, had his first on-site assignment at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, who served as Director of Revenue Strategy in 2005. In 2010 he switched to operational business, his first assignment as General Manager came in 2013 at the historic JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing. Since then, Khan has guided his staff teams through both highly successful operations and hotel openings in China, including the opening of his newest hotel, the Sheraton Beijing Lize Hotel.

Khan is American and Chinese. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree in hospitality management from Cornell University.

With his excellent leadership, strong focus on the customer experience, and extensive sales and strategic knowledge, Khan looks forward to continuing the exemplary performance and track record of the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel.
